Sarah Creighton was born in 1948, and began bookbinding in 1979, studying bookbinding with David Bourbeau, Arno Werner, Gray Parrot, and Hugo Peller. She established her own studio in 1982, where she focuses on limited editions of private press books, one-of-a-kind fine bindings, boxmaking, and some rebinding and conservation work.
