Sadly, the marbling shop "Inklings", in Asheville NC, which showcased American marbling, is closing its doors after three years. Mimi and Patty Schliecher, a mother-daughter marbling team, and two of the three owners of the shop will continue to marble and offer their papers, fabrics, books and videos.
A "Book Arts Market" will be held this February at Washington University in St. Louis. Marblers are welcome. Buy & Sell and meet. Call for more information at 314-935-4643.
