A votive offering of personal archaeology, Sekhmet's Casket includes objects of memory; talismans, amulets, and fetish intimations; vestigial fragments; oblations and immolations. Miniature books, maps, "newspaper clippings," and descriptive cards provide additional context for this supplication to Egypt's lion-headed goddess.
