Long stitch sewn through slotted wrapper
cover. Letterpress printed by the binder on Twinrocker's
Heartland paper with title typeface Abrams Venetian that was
set in Denmark by Jorgen Kristensen. This typeface, released
for public use in 1999 had been exclusively available to
Poul Kristensen, printer to the Royal Danish Court. It had
been donated to them by the designer, George Abrams, in
respect for the treatment of Danish Jews during World War
II.
