The artist's calligraphy scanned and placed in Photoshop as background for printed text of a poem about an acrobat. Words in motion are balanced by the centered, red text, to represent the poise and concentration required for acrobatic movement. Gray cloth case binding.

ROSE FOLSOM has been a calligrapher for thirty years, mostly working on wall pieces. She turned to the book format ten years ago because of the enhanced ability to tell a story in successive pages, and for the more intimate relationship between a book and its viewer.
