"I frequently choose books on architecture and related
subjects for design bindings. Results can be realistic or
abstract, have dimensional depth, and provide visual and
tactile stimuli. I may use new and old materials, from wood
to plastics, respond or emphasize the books structure when
appropriate - sometimes in an experimental or unconventional
manner - and offer the reader/viewer an opportunity for
exploration and delight."
