BEVERLY B. HETTIG has been fascinated with folding things all of her life, from developing shapes and patterns with sticks and blades of grass to making gum wrapper chains and origami. She has studied at Empire State College and the Munson Williams Proctor Institute in Utica NY; Visual Studies Workshop, Rochester NY; and the Instituto Allende, in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
