Chapter Email Guidelines
Each chapter is allowed up to three official email addresses:
- Chapter Chair Email
- Format: [ChapterName]@guildofbookworkers.org (e.g., Midwest, NewEngland, NewYork)
- These emails already exist and can only be reassigned or updated.
- Chapter Treasurer Email (Newly Assigned)
- This official email must be used for all reimbursement and payment requests submitted to the GBW Treasurer.
- Custom Chapter Email (Role-Specific)
- Chapters may define a third official email for a specific role (e.g., NewYorkEvents, NewYorkWorkshops, NewYorkMembership).
- This must be an established role, not a general-use email.
PLEASE NOTE: If any of the additional email addresses are not being used, they can either be deactivated forwarded to the main chapter email address, please choose option 3.
