At the request of President Mark Andersson, a survey of the membership was conducted earlier this year in order to identify areas of the organization in need of improvement, support, or commendation. Members were asked to provide information about their background and training and for general feedback about the organization as a whole. The areas targeted with questions included: The Standards of Excellence Seminar, Journal, Newsletter, Website and use of social media, Chapter membership and activities, and Exhibits.
Over 400 members responded to the survey, providing an extensive but unwieldy set of data. Bexx Caswell has worked very hard to create a readable summary and analysis of that data for the membership. That summary is now available for download:
