The Standards of Excellence Seminar invites all vendors selling materials, tools, and supplies related to the book arts to register for the conference. The vendor room is open to seminar attendees and the general public. Names of vendors and donors will be listed on the Guild of Book Workers website beginning in September.
Registration will be accepted until September 1, 2023, or until capacity is reached. Please note that tables are limited, and assigned on a first-come, first- served basis. Cancellations prior to September 1, 2023 will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after September 1, 2023.

Vendors may ship packages to themselves through Package Express, located in Tower 3 near the garage valet. Package Express is open Monday through Friday 7am- 6pm, and Saturday & Sunday 7-5.
Fedex in the lobby will accept outbound packages, but does not accept inbound. To ship from Hilton, boxes must be taken back to package express for processing with pre-paid UPS/Fedex Labels. There is no way to bill a guest room or bill.
