Twelve unbound folios, each painted by hand on front and back using sumi ink and salt. Poems by Nathaniel Tarn are letterpress printed on and alongside the artwork. The type is handset Van Dijck and Weiss Initials Series I. The cover is goat parchment with a protective hard-sided chemise covered in deep green Asahi Japanese cloth. As the folios are hand painted and every skin singular, each copy in the edition of 85 is unique. Design, presswork, and binding are by Carolee Campbell.
